The schedule is up. CraftyKathi will be featured on Friday, February 1, 2008 at 7:30PM on Channel 9 in NH, WMUR.
Friday February 1st: She's got it in the Bag -We have them hiding in closets, kitchen drawers, all around the house. We're talking about plastic bags! A Concord woman has come up with a way to make good use out of those bags, by turning them into something useful.

Thank you so much for participating in the Chronicle piece (you didn't look nervous at all, btw)! I had never heard of this solution to overflowing bins of plastic bags. We always bring our own canvas grocery bags when we go shopping, but somehow when we get home, there's always a plastic bag or two (or three) when we go to put the groceries away. Needless to say, I'm going to get out my crochet hooks and start putting all that plastic to better use! :-)

I was happy to see your craft featured on NH Chronicle! My boyfriend woke me up (I work overnight) when he saw the commercial for it knowing I would be interested.. I have been knitting (and starting to get more into crochet) with plastic bags too.
I have a short attention span and a toddler who doesn't like to let me knit so I rarely finish anything..haha.
I think it's awesome you're getting more recognition and spreading the word about recycling and crafting in NH..
